Rebecca has tutored my two children for a number of years now and they have both benefitted enormously from their time with her. The impact on their confidence was almost instantaneous - from the very outset she was able to identify their individual needs and how best to meet them. Rebecca manages to maintain a good balance of discipline and fun, which I think is an amazing skill! I would have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca as a tutor for children of all ages.

Rebecca has taken my two eldest successfully through their SATS exams and is now tutoring my 7 year old son during lock down via zoom. She has the most engaging personality and encourages and motivates the children to learn and grow. A patience of a saint with my son she has harnessed his interest by thinking outside of the box and adapting to his needs rather than making him conform to learn. I’ve seen such a tangible difference over the lockdown period in the quality of his writing and his attention span - he actually looks forward to his time with Rebecca. She has been my lifesaver and as a family we all adore her.

Rebecca Dickson is a brilliant natural teacher. My daughter is 10 years old and I am dyslexic. I cannot teach her maths. Every week during lockdown Rebecca assisted my daughter with her school maths homework. This has been a tremendous help to me as the worry has been completely lifted as I know she is completing her school lockdown homework. A lot of the time we did the lessons abroad as I was away from the UK during lockdown. This was easy as we used zoom and Rebecca was everything a worried parent could ask for in a teacher. I recommended her to my sister who is now zooming her seven year old son every week with Rebecca and she is teaching him now as well. I will go on using Rebecca for as long as she will have us!!!

Rebecca has supported two of my children in the last year. Initially she helped my son, who was 12 years old at the time, to prepare English papers for a school entrance exam. Following on from that my now 11 year old daughter has had once weekly group tutoring sessions in Maths and English along with two other children from her school.

Both my children have really enjoyed working with Rebecca, not only did they learn but they enjoyed the sessions a great deal and always looked forward to them. Rebecca has a very upbeat and positive approach and this has worked really well for my children. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
